US Army Military M-1949 Arctic Mountain Sleeping Bag Outer Shell Feather Filled, Type 1. There are a few stains that are present on the sleeping bag. Most are located on the inside near the zipper. More pictures can be provided upon request. The M-1949 arctic outer bag is designed to fit over the mountain sleeping bag.
In temperatures of 14°F and below. The quilted m-1949 mountain sleeping bag is filled with a mixture of feathers and down and was designed to be used in temperatures of 14 to 50 degrees fahrenheit. It has a full length zipper fastener. Mummy shaped for maximum warmth, full length, quick opening metal zipper down the center.
