Western Mountaineering TerraLite 25 Degree Goose Down Sleeping Bag - New w/ Tags. Probably the most versatile sleeping bag that Western Mountaineering makes, the TerraLite can go from extremely efficient cold weather mummy bag to a three-season quilt for two people. Designed specifically for the side-sleeper in mind, the TerraLite is very roomy at the shoulders and waist, so you can curl up and add extra layers if desired. It has two zippers; one full-length and the other on the foot box in case those toes get a bit too toasty. Both zippers can be completely unzipped and the bag can be used as a quilt to cover two people. I've illustrated this with photos showing the TerraLite covering most of two 25 x 77 inch self-inflating pads (Not included in the sale). The Terralite is part of Western Mountaineering's "ExtremeLite" collection and for good reason. Weighing in at 1 pound 13 ounces, it's one of the lightest three-season bags around and it compresses to fit a minuscule 7" x 13" stuff sack. Like all other Western Mountaineering bags, the shell and lining materials are unparalleled in quality. The lining is soft, yet extremely durable and, unlike most other brands, down-proof. The shell is also extremely light and durable. As an added bonus, the tightness of the fabric's weave, makes it highly water-resistant. The 850-Fill European goose down Western uses in this bag keeps it super-light, while achieving maximum insulation value.
