Vintage THE NORTH FACE USA Goose Down Brown Label Mummy Sleeping Bag Right Zip
Vintage brown label The North Face down mummy sleeping bag in green. This right handed zip bag is in fair shape and would have been made in the USA based on the tag types on the bag. Lying flat, this bag still has about 8.5 inches of down loft!
Based on estimated down fill, this bag is likely rated in the 20s, although that is only a estimate. It measures 89" long and 30" at its widest point and the foot box measures 10"x 11". The bag cinches at the hood with a sliding lock and branded toggle. There was a large segment on the bottom side that was professionally repaired at my expense by a local repair shop that specializes in outdoor equipment, this patch uses the same fabric and is about 2x4 inches. There are some spots on the bottom side which appear to be sap or some kind of residue.
There is also a faint old odor due to the age of the bag. It has been professionally washed and is ready to use!
