Vintage Marmot Mountain Works "Gopher" sleeping bag, with goose down insulation and Gore-Tex shell (rated by Marmot at -10°F). Has double draft tubes, the "Marmot Muff" collar around the shoulders, and down-filled hood portion.
Total loft varies between about 7-9 inches (higher in the foot and chest area, lower in the mid-section). I believe this is the standard-length bag. Total length is about 80 including hood. Widest width is about 30.Total bag weight (excluding stuff sack) is 3 lbs 10 oz. Has been unused and stored unstuffed! Final graphic is from Marmot catalog in 1977. NOTE: Outer shell on the bottom of the bag was accidentally cut open (by a knife I believe; it was years ago so I can't remember) in two areas, and has been sewn back together (see last 3 photos).
This does not seem to adversely affect its utility, although these repairs have not been seam-sealed (other seams on the bottom have been sealed). Also, the top blue shell is slightly faded (from sunlight) along the upper half of the zipper (see photos).
