Testing is done in a specially designed lab specifically for testing sleeping bags. A full-size mannequin with many heat sensors is placed inside the sleeping bag, then the temperature in the room is lowered below 0 degrees!

After testing, we get three temperature ratings. Our temperature ratings are listed below and placed on each bag! Comfort temperature (Women) - Tested at (34° F). Lower Limit Temperature (Men) - Tested at (24° F). Extreme Low Temperature - Tested at (-6° F).
